Handcrafted in Melbourne since 1988, Rod Valenz represents three generations of traditional jewellery craftsmanship.
The family name originates from the town of Valenzuela in Córdoba, Spain, within one of the world's oldest jewellery-manufacturing regions. From my grandfather to my father, the skills, discipline, and values of fine jewellery making have been passed down through generations. Today, I proudly continue that legacy from our beautifully restored two-storey Victorian townhouse at 46 Church Street, Hawthorn.
Within its heritage walls, clients are welcomed into a private showroom and design studio where ideas begin as
hand-drawn sketches before being transformed into bespoke creations. Behind the showroom, generations of traditional craftsmanship are united with the latest jewellery-making technology. From advanced CAD design and precision 3D printing to expert micro-setting and meticulous hand finishing, every Rod Valenz creation is designed, handcrafted, and finished
entirely in-house.
Our jewellery is not mass-produced. Every piece is individually handcrafted with uncompromising attention to detail,
transforming precious metals and gemstones into future family heirlooms.
For us, jewellery is more than something you wear, it is a symbol of life's most meaningful moments, created to be treasured for generations.
Handcrafted in Melbourne since 1988.
Three generations in the making.
