Part of our Dress Ring Collection, Blackwood 573 is a bold statement of timeless elegance, inspired by the rich tones and enduring beauty of Australia's native Blackwood timber.

Meticulously handcrafted in solid Australian gold, this striking dress ring features a beautifully polished German onyx, framed by a refined halo of natural diamonds. At the centre, a bezel-set 0.08 carat natural diamond creates a captivating focal point, adding brilliance and contrast against the deep black onyx.

A further 44 natural brilliant-cut diamonds flow seamlessly through the halo and band, bringing the total to 45 natural diamonds with a combined weight of 0.60 carats. Carefully matched in E colour and VS1 clarity, each diamond has been selected for its exceptional fire and brilliance.

Beneath the setting, intricate hand-crafted filigree reveals countless hours of meticulous workmanship, creating a beautiful hidden detail that reflects the artistry of traditional jewellery making.

With a substantial gold weight of approximately 7.50 grams, The Blackwood 573 is designed to make a confident statement while showcasing the finest craftsmanship.

Never mass-produced, every Rod Valenz creation is individually handcrafted in our Melbourne studio using traditional jewellery-making techniques passed down through three generations of family craftsmanship.
